LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE FOREMAN WANTED
Job Summary:
Are you looking for consistent work this season. As an active working foreperson, you'll be required to direct and manage a crew of 3 to 4 in the performance of landscape grounds maintenance. A minimum of 2 years supervision experience is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to deliver a high standard of work to meet the satisfaction of clients in a productive manner.Requirements:
Ability to lead, motivate, & delegate effectively inclusive of providing on the job training to crew members as required Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain written time records, and work order documents Ability to organize and manage workload Ability to multi-task and focus on priorities Thorough knowledge & hands on competence of grounds maintenance procedures Knowledge of plant ID, plant installation, care & maintenance Valid "G" License (Clean Record) with ability to operate pick up truck and tandem axle trailer combination
Full time, year round employment available with snow removal experience
