Seeking positive and professional staff who have a solid understanding of delivering good Customer Service; are punctual, and dependable, and enjoy outdoor year round work.

Driver Duties include safe operation of an Isuzu Cab Over (automatic) towing a trailer; and or safe operation of an automatic Ford Truck towing a trailer.

Experience and Skills

:

Competent and Skilled at backing a trailer

-delegating staff with tasks, and mentoring new staff,.

-operation of STIHL brand equipment, including our new electric models,

-hundreds of hours in hedging, including globing, pyramids, flat and level trimming, small and large shrubs and Cedars. Hedging and Tree Pruning working off an Orchard Ladder 6-16feet sizes.

-STIHL line trimmers, and Blade Edger attachments including refilling string, and edger blades, for use on a COMBI power head.

-Safe operation with hundreds of hours of experience with HONDA Commercial Mowers.

-Large Mower Equipment- Should have experience with Ride ON Tractors. Ideally also Zero Turn equipment. Including both mulching and bagging / emptying of bags. Training is provided.

-Experience at prioritizing / being organized - for maximum efficiency and time savings, identifying areas of a site that need work, and engaging / delegating a crew.

-Operation of Back Pack Blowers for Leaf clean up - and Removal - High quality Results - curb lines and corners of parking / paved areas, Clean out of garden beds- Not blowing debris into garden beds,

-This list is not exhaustive but provides an idea of tasks and skills required.

The Company has been in operation over 25years and is unique in that it owns its Warehouse and a professional fleet of branded vehicles.

REMINDER -

Duties

Supervise and lead a team of landscape maintenance workers in daily tasks. Plan and execute landscape projects, including planting, lawn and garden maintenance. Train team members on best practices in landscape maintenance and safety protocols. Monitor quality to ensure adherence to company standards. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and expectations are met. Delegate and assign tasks to the crew, with optimum efficiency of time mgmt.

Experience

Proven experience in landscape maintenance is essential. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
