, we pride ourselves on providing top-tier landscaping and grounds maintenance to a diverse range of clients. We're currently hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to supervise our team and contribute hands-on to daily horticultural operations.

This role is

part-time at 40 hours/week

, with potential to transition to

full-time after a 3-month probation period

.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading, coaching, and motivating landscaping crew members Performing grounds and horticultural maintenance including lawn care, hedge trimming, pruning, and planting Safely operating landscaping tools and machinery (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers, ladders) Driving a company vehicle (truck and trailer) Ensuring service quality and safety standards are met Communicating effectively with clients and team members

Required Qualifications & Experience

Certifications:

BCLNA certification, or Completion of a horticulture diploma/degree, apprenticeship, or journeyman trade qualification

Experience:

3-5 years of horticulture and supervisory experience Strong plant knowledge, pruning, lawn maintenance, and team supervision Minimum 1 year of landscape maintenance (required)

Skills & Abilities:

Proficient and safe use of landscaping tools and machinery Valid

BC Driver's License

and ability to operate a truck and trailer Excellent English communication (spoken and written) Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and perform physical work safely Team-oriented with leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
