We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in French Bakery, with high experience in preparation and baking of Croissants and Danish. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods that meet our high standards of quality and presentation. This role is essential in delivering exceptional products to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a variety of goods, including breads, croissants and other French style Danish.
Decorate baked items to enhance visual appeal based on the standard of Tartelette.
Follow recipes of Tartelette accurately to ensure consistency in taste and quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
Display the baked goods in show case, ensuring proper presentation.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage inventory levels of baking supplies.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs.
Requirements
Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in baking or pastry preparation.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Proficiency in food handling techniques.
Strong skills in cake decorating and presentation.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Excellent attention to detail and creativity in product presentation.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
