Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, including pastries, cakes, and cookies. Follow recipes and adjust ingredients as necessary to ensure consistency and quality. Decorate cakes and other baked items with attention to detail and creativity. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and customer demands.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food handling and safety practices within the kitchen environment. Experience in food preparation techniques relevant to baking. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards. Excellent communication skills for effective customer service interactions. A passion for baking and creativity in developing new recipes is highly valued.
