Duties

Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate styles and products. Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and experience. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the front desk area. Communicate effectively with clients regarding aftercare instructions and follow-up appointments. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products related to eyelash extensions.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of various eyelash extension techniques and products. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to upsell services and retail products effectively. Experience in retail sales or front desk operations is a plus. Must possess a valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state regulations. A passion for beauty, aesthetics, and helping clients feel their best is essential.

Pay: $22.00-$40.00 per hour
