experienced Lash Technician

to join our busy, thriving team.

We are specifically seeking techs with

evening, early morning (before-work early birds), and weekend availability

Responsibilities

Provide professional lash services including: Classic, Hybrid, and Volume lash extensions Lash lifts & tints (bonus if you already do them -- but you'll also have the opportunity to

learn directly with InLei training

) (Bonus) Brow shaping, tinting, and lamination Deliver an exceptional client experience every time Follow salon sanitation, health, and safety protocols Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
Qualifications

Certified Lash Technician with

1+ years of hands-on experience

Skilled in multiple lash techniques with excellent retention results

Amazing customer service skills

-- knowledgeable, friendly, and professional Ability to provide

in-depth aftercare education

so clients feel confident maintaining their lashes & brows Lash lifts and brow lamination are an asset -- but

we provide training opportunities through InLei Canada

Reliable, detail-oriented, and client-focused Flexible availability: evenings, weekends, and/or early mornings Positive, supportive team mindset
Compensation

Competitive commission or wage (depending on employee vs contractor role) Full details will be discussed during the interview
