Canmore's Premier Skin Rejuvenation Clinic & Spa is located in the beautiful Canadian Rocky Mountains. We specialize in enhancing natural beauty through expert technique, precision, and care. We have two locations in Canmore. This position is for our Downtown Location.

Skin RNI is looking for a highly skilled Brow and Lash Artist to join our growing team - someone who combines artistry with attention to detail and service with sophistication.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client -focused , and confident in their craft - someone who can deliver beautiful, consistent results while providing an exceptional client experience.

In the role, in addition to performing Brow & Lash services, you would also be introducing walk-in clients to our list of professional services and treatments in our Medi-Spa located in Spring Creek. As part of your on-board training you will have the opportunity to experience our services personally in our Spring Creek Medical-Spa location - and learn about them so you can share your experience with new clients. You will receive training on our vast collection of Medical Grade Skin Care, Make-up and Wellness Supplements.

Basic brow and lash services are essential. If you have skills in facial threading, eye lash extensions, permanent brows, and permanent make up this would be a great asset.

REQUIREMENTS

Certification diploma in Brow & Lash Artistry

Previous sales experience

Social Media savvy

Reliable, professional and passionate about the Beauty & Wellness Industry.

Exceptional client care

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Work with software management

High level of professionalism in client care

Able to multitask and work as a supportive team member and also ability to work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Deliver exceptional brow shaping, lamination, tinting and lash lifts

Provide thoughtful consultations and personalized recommendations

You will also be greeting our clients - welcoming them and assisting with purchases.

Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, professionalism and guest comfort.

Cultivate trust and connection with clients through genuine, elevated service

Provide clients with information about our clients services & treatments

Create and post social media

The ability to continuously provide knowledge to clients

Process transactions accurately using POS systems as well as booking treatments for our Medi-Spa location

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

This is a part time position that can become full time.

Compensation includes base wage
