As a Lash Artist, you will provide outstanding customer service while promoting our services and products to ensure an unforgettable experience for our clients.

Duties

Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations. Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling inquiries. Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales. Stay updated on the latest trends in lash artistry and participate in ongoing training as required.

Requirements

Proven experience in eyelash extensions application is essential. Strong background in retail sales and customer service, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience at the front desk or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
