Prepare and cook high-quality meals that meet our guests' expectations Plan and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs Assist in catering events, providing excellent service and presentation Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure a clean working environment Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on cooking techniques and food handling practices Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience through exceptional service

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in culinary roles Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques

Preferred qualifications

Dietary aide experience or background in dietary departments Fine dining or restaurant experience showcasing your culinary creativity Experience with meal preparation and catering services Familiarity with food handling regulations and safety practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.09 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
