Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Breakast Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. As a Breakfast Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that food safety and hygiene standards are met. You will work closely with other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including equipment and utensils. Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure proper food handling practices at all times. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to the kitchen manager. Help train new kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and safety protocols. Participate in daily cleaning tasks, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.

Skills

Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling procedures. Experience in meal preparation and cooking within a restaurant or food service environment. Familiarity with food safety guidelines and best practices for maintaining hygiene in the kitchen. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. A passion for cooking and creativity in meal presentation is highly valued.
