Does Luxury speak to you? In your role as an Executive Travel Assistant, you will have the opportunity to get to know our most valued guests and anticipate their every need. As their single point of contact, you will provide them with individualized recommendations and concierge services that truly define luxury.

  • Acting as their concierge prior to arrival, proactively building personalized travel by making recommendations and setting up on-site activities and services
  • Anticipating the needs of our members, ensuring that their experience exceeds their expectations
  • Taking care of our members during their stay, i.e. assisting with unanticipated travel delays, restaurant reservations, transportation etc.
  • Accurately scheduling and dispatching tasks to ensure a seamless experience
  • Researching, recommending, and fulfilling member requests while providing program benefit information and support
Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:
  • Professional fluency in both French and English, spoken and written is a requirement
  • You can communicate professionally and warmly with diverse individuals from around the globe
  • Experienced Customer Service Expert in luxury and/or travel and hospitality is an asset
  • Your organization skills are evident, as you can demonstrate when you have prioritized, followed up, and met deadlines
  • You are proficient with MS Office tools and can adapt to and learn new technology
Location and Availability Requirements:
  • Must be currently legally entitled to work full time in Canada , and work from one of the following Canadian provinces: New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Qu\xc3\xa9bec or in Ottawa, Ontario
  • Must be able to work from 5:30pm to 02:00am (AST)
  • Commit to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
  • This is a Remote position and Training is Virtual
  • Must have a direct connect high-speed internet connection (not wireless or satellite) and a suitable home office workspace
