Executive & Personal Assistant

Aspen Custom Trailers | Richmond, BC | Full-Time or Part-Time | Hybrid (Office & Remote)

Are you a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable professional looking for a dynamic role supporting a busy executive? We're seeking an Executive & Personal Assistant to work closely with the President of Aspen Custom Trailers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in our Richmond, BC office.

This is more than just a job - it's an opportunity to make an impact at our company by keeping everything running smoothly, anticipating needs, and bringing a mix of professionalism, resourcefulness, and personality to the Richmond team and beyond.



Your responsibilities:



Executive & Personal Support - Manage the President's travel arrangements and expenses; the right candidate may even manage his calendar and inbox.

Office Administration - Oversee all office operations, including office and kitchen supplies, alarm and keys, cleaning and maintenance, garbage and recycling.

Record Keeping - Maintain records both digitally and hard copy, ensuring easy access when needed.

Project & Task Management - Handle a variety of business and personal projects, including government remittances, invoices, investment statements, life insurance policies, making payments on time and keeping deadlines on track.

Communication & Coordination - Act as a liaison between the management team members, ensuring clear and efficient communication.

Flexibility & Initiative - Be ready to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment, anticipating needs and making decisions before being asked.



Your experience:



Experienced & Versatile - You have 5+ years' experience as an EA or PA or similar role, ideally in a private company environment.

Highly Organized - You thrive on structure, efficiency, and keeping everything in order.

Tech-Savvy - Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Mobile Phone Apps, and other productivity tools.

Professional Yet Personable - You handle confidential matters with discretion while maintaining great relationships with colleagues and advisors.

Flexible & Adaptable - Whether working from home or in the office, you're proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused.
