ABOUT THE X-GROUP OF COMPANIES

We generate and deliver kilowatts using advanced technology, to give back with endless energy.

Most power system providers limit support to their own brands. We founded X-Group with the core objective to change this practice in the industry. In 2020, we assembled a team of seasoned experts, proficient in a diverse array of power equipment. From that point onward we've made it our mission to deliver the X-FACTOR experience with cross-platform energy solutions that reduce cost and carbon footprint. We believe companies should never put product sales ahead of their customers' success. Guided by this principle, our vendor-neutral approach considers all possibilities of OEM hardware, optimizing for our clients' needs, budget and future.

We listen and help you solve for X.

We help our clients benefit from new technologies for intelligent ESG (environmental, social, and governance) performance growth, with lifecycle support that moves them from feeling cornered to confident. We walk through every project phase, from concept to completion for all rotating equipment, guiding with the capability and synergy of our robust group of companies.

We are the world's leading provider of cross-platform solutions for evolving power systems.

The future of power is bright.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Executive Support: Keep the CEO organized, prepared, and (mostly) on schedule. Assist with presentations, reports, and daily priorities. Scheduling & Logistics: Own the calendar, manage meetings, and handle travel arrangements with the precision of an air traffic controller. Problem Solving: Handle last-minute changes, conflicting priorities, and unexpected surprises like a pro. Communication: Draft emails, respond to inquiries, and ensure the right messages get to the right people at the right time. Confidentiality & Discretion: Some things are meant for the boardroom, not the break room. Handle sensitive business and personal matters with care. Personal Organization: From scheduling appointments to remembering that one thing that fell off the CEO's radar, you keep it all running smoothly. Negotiation & Decision Making: Book flights, secure reservations, and manage vendors--sometimes at the last minute. Your ability to get things done (without breaking the bank) is key. Tech-Savviness: Use software, apps, and digital tools like a second language. If you can fix a Wi-Fi issue in a pinch, even better. Travel & Adaptability: Be ready to pack a bag--sometimes with little warning. Airports, new cities, and shifting plans should be exciting, not overwhelming. Extensive travel may be required.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Professional supporting senior leadership. Exceptional organizational skills--because if you're not on top of it, no one is. Quick thinking and adaptability--the ability to shift gears without breaking a sweat. Strong written and verbal communication--whether it's a persuasive email or a direct, no-nonsense message. Creative problem-solving--you find solutions where others see dead ends. Entrepreneurial mindset--you take initiative, own your work, and figure things out. Tech-savvy and a fast learner--because "I don't know how to do that" isn't part of your vocabulary. Strong negotiation skills--getting the best deal, the best seat, or the best schedule is second nature. A sense of humor--because sometimes, you just have to laugh.

WHAT MAKES YOU, YOU?

You're the kind of person who thrives in the fast lane, effortlessly managing details while keeping an eye on the bigger picture. When faced with competing priorities, you don't just react-you strategize. You're quick on your feet, adaptable, and always three steps ahead.

You see problems before they happen-and already have a solution ready. You pick your battles wisely-knowing when to push, when to pivot, and when to let things slide. You communicate with clarity and confidence-whether it's a concise email, a firm negotiation, or a well-timed joke. You don't just follow instructions-you anticipate needs, make decisions, and take ownership. You balance professionalism with personality-discretion and confidentiality are second nature, but you also bring energy and a sense of humor to the table. You're tech-savvy and always learning-whether it's mastering a new scheduling tool or troubleshooting a last-minute travel glitch, you figure it out. You are 100% committed to the X-Group core values.

PHYSICAL & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

Participate in pre-employment, pre-access, post-incident, and reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing. This position is considered safety sensitive. Understand and comply with the X-Group's safety policies, safe work practices, procedures, and rules. Wear required safety equipment and personal protective devices, including clothing mandated by legislation and the employer. Ensure the worksite is free of hazards that could cause slips, trips, or falls. Notify supervisors of any unsafe conditions or acts that may endanger workers. Report all accidents and injuries to supervisors as soon as possible. Take every reasonable precaution to protect the safety of other workers and oneself. Lift up to 50lbs occasionally. Maintain a valid Driver's License and a clean driver's abstract. Maintain a clean criminal background check. Valid passport, with the ability to travel to the United States, and internationally
