Position Description Reporting to the Founder of Real Fruit Bubble Tea Inc., the Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the company\xe2\x80\x99s organizational strategy, missions, and values through the management and delegation of executive staff across different business functions. They will also manage the operations of all Canadian and American locations to ensure that the company missions and values are integrated throughout all Real Fruit Bubble Tea restaurants, and that the quality of the customer experience is maintained. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement organizational strategies and objectives to further promote the organization\xe2\x80\x99s mission and values.
  • Establish objectives for the company, and formulate or approve policies and programs in both the Canadian and USA stores.
  • Plan and allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs; establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall personnel planning.
  • Work with middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to manage critical business functions to ensure smooth operations on all levels.
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Represent the company, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the company, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Foster and promote a positive and caring workplace environment.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure commitment to and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Ontario.

Expectations of Successful Candidate
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration or related field is required is required
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Executive Director or in other senior managerial position
  • Specialization in food and beverage industry an asset
  • Strong understanding of corporate functions, finance, and measures of performance
  • Exceptional organizational leadership abilities and public relations experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese (written and verbal) is an asset
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an innovative and \xe2\x80\x9cout-of-the-box\xe2\x80\x9d approach to business planning
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: $180,000.00-$210,000.00 per year Benefits:
