The Opportunity



Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will provide strategic and operational leadership across all facets of the organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, community-minded leader to guide our team in advancing our mission and increasing our impact.

Key Responsibilities



Leadership & Strategy

: Lead, coach, and develop staff while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Operations & Administration

: Oversee day-to-day operations, facilities, legal obligations, and compliance.

Finance & Risk

: Develop budgets, manage financial resources, ensure fiscal accountability, and oversee audits.

Fund Development

: Lead fundraising strategies, grant applications, donor relations, and community partnerships.

Human Resources

: Recruit, support, and retain qualified staff and volunteers. Promote staff development and performance management.

Board Relations

: Act as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors; provide regular reports and strategic guidance.

Communications & Advocacy

: Serve as chief spokesperson and build strong relationships with stakeholders, government agencies, and the media.

Qualifications



Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of senior leadership experience; nonprofit experience is an asset. Strong skills in finance, human resources, fundraising, public speaking, and strategic planning. Proven ability to engage and inspire diverse teams, stakeholders, and community partners. A passion for youth development and community building.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
