Responsibilities:
- Be the Right-Hand to the President - Act as the go-to person for the President's day-to-day operations, handling tasks with professionalism and precision.
- Calendar & Travel Management - Take charge of the President's complex calendar, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel logistics with ease.
- Correspondence Management - Prioritize and oversee incoming emails and communications, ensuring prompt follow-ups and smooth operations.
- Liaise with Key Stakeholders - Serve as the key point of contact between the President, the executive team, internal departments, and external partners.
- Document Preparation - Prepare and draft essential reports, letters, memos, and presentations that assist in decision-making.
- Project Tracking & Follow-up - Monitor and track project files, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Action Item Management - Oversee action items from meetings and ensure efficient follow-through to completion.
Requirements:
- Experience - 5-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior executives in a mid-sized company.
- Tech-Savvy - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel & Word (a must!).
- Detail-Oriented - A keen eye for detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the big picture.
- Proactive & Resourceful - You anticipate needs, take initiative, and solve problems before they arise.
