Position: Leasing Analyst
Location: Downtown Montreal
Salary: Up to $75K (based on experience) + hybrid work schedule
Job Type: 15-month contract with strong chance of becoming permanent + paid benefits!
Our client, a trailblazer in commercial real estate, is seeking an experienced Leasing Analyst to join their dynamic team for this 15-month contract that has a strong chance of becoming permanent!
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of relevant experience in real estate (commercial prefered)
- Strong knowledge of MS Suite (Word / Excel)
- Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Responsibilities:- Oversee accurate data updates in the tenant administration system
- Generate billing and interpret lease summaries
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants and resolve issues promptly
- Respond to inquiries from tenants, center managers, and accountants...and more
