For the past 19 years, they\xe2\x80\x99ve been the industry leader in insights, innovation, and technology for their fortune 500 clients, and their CEO is looking for support to take them to even higher levels. This position is open to candidates in the US and Canada as a fully remote role however Toronto area candidates are preferred. Compensation:

Email Management: full inbox management (Outlook)
Complex Calendar management (Outlook)
Podcast Support: Identity, research, and coordinate with podcast guests
Project management: drive tasks to completion
Personal brand management for CEO
Work with CEO on building a strong and consistent brand image that resonates with the target audience
Social media administration
Reviewing & Scheduling content posts
Engage on CEO\xe2\x80\x99s behalf with DMs, tags, etc.
Travel planning
Complex travel arrangements and Itinerary creation
Support with disruptions during travel (rebooking, etc.)
Expense reporting
Complete detailed expense tracking and allocations
Collaborate with various departments to ensure the processing
Meeting management, research, and coordination
Research and agenda planning
Hosting & assisting with presentations
Key Technical Skills
MS Teams
MS Office
Slack (admin experience is a plus!)
Hubspot (will train!)
Technical Skills- proficient in using various software programs, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
