Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's complex calendar, meetings, and priorities
Monitor and triage emails; draft communications on the CEO's behalf
Support digital communications, including social media monitoring
Prepare letters, executive correspondence, and briefing materials
Coordinate cross-department workflow and follow-up on action items
Provide high-level administrative, organizational, and confidential support
Qualifications:
2-3+ years supporting senior executive
Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong digital literacy; experience with social media and online monitoring
Highly organized, discreet, adaptable, and proactive
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
