Retail experience is an asset, as this role involves supporting both day-to-day store operations and special projects as the business grows.
Duties
Administrative Support:
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and handling correspondence. Using Google sheets, Google Docs for data entry.
Communication Management:
Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Document Preparation:
Draft, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, reports, and other materials as needed by CEO.
Project Management:
Assist in managing projects, initiatives, and special assignments, coordinate cross-functional teams, track progress, and provide updates to senior management.
Information Management:
Maintain confidential information, files, records, and databases, ensure data accuracy, and handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Store Management:
Oversee store operations, including supplies inventory, equipment maintenance, space management, and coordination of tasks.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, clients, partners, and team members on behalf of the CEO.
Research and Analysis:
Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports or presentations on industry trends, competitors, market analysis, and strategic insights.
Executive Support:
Provide support to the CEO in strategic planning, decision-making, and execution of key initiatives, including liaising with senior staff.
Experience
Proven experience as an Assistant or in other administrative roles is essential.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs is required. Familiarity with quickbooks is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
Experience with instagram and facebook is preferred.
Excellent typing skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading documents.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $36,019.83-$40,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
