MacNeill Edmundson Professional Corporation is a well-established, high-performing accounting firm seeking a
professional, reliable Executive Assistant
to support our Partners and manage front-desk responsibilities. This is a dual-role position ideal for someone who is highly organized, self-directed, and enjoys both administrative work and client interaction.
You'll be the
first point of contact
for clients -- both in person and over the phone -- and will play a vital role in keeping our firm running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Requirements and Responsibilities:
Provide direct administrative support to the Partners.
Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Greet clients and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
Accept and process client payments.
Set up new clients and engagements (letters, forms, internal systems).
Track and follow through on assigned tasks -- with no micromanagement required.
Assist in finalizing files (training provided).
Provide general administrative support (filing, scanning, organizing).
Support social media posting and scheduling (optional asset).
Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably in a professional services environment (accounting, legal, or medical).
Strong follow-through and ability to manage tasks independently.
Professional, friendly, and confident in both written and verbal communication.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Technologically comfortable in a paperless environment. Experience with CCH iFirm is a strong asset.
Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information.
