Job description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support partners in the firm. This role is essential in helping our workflow management and ensuring accurate and efficient operations. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the senior partners of the firm and play a key role in managing communications, coordinating client interactions, and handling various tasks as they arise.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
Manage and prioritize the partners' schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Handle phone calls and emails on behalf of the partners.
Coordinate client interactions and maintain strong relationships.
Manage confidential information.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Assist with meeting preparation and follow-up.
Organize and maintain files and records.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the partners.
Work experience, education and skills:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Compensation:?Competitive remuneration, including a full benefits package. Total remuneration will be commensurate with the experience of the selected candidate. Start time for position is flexible. The remuneration will be competitive and include a full benefits package. The total remuneration is dependent on and reflective of the experience of the selected candidate.
