Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant & Cross-Functional Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the President and ensure seamless collaboration across departments. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage priorities and contribute to the successful execution of company projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the President's schedule, email correspondence, and appointments.
Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and project-related documents.
Assist in costing projects for clients and internal initiatives.
Coordinate project timelines and ensure deadlines are met, working collaboratively with various teams.
Maintain organized records and files.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments.
Perform other administrative and project-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Project Coordinator.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience in a small to mid-size food manufacturing environment is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
This position is on-site five days a week.

Sommaire du Poste:
L'adjoint(e) de direction et coordonnateur(trice) de projets interfonctionnels fournira un soutien administratif complet au president et assurera une collaboration harmonieuse entre les departements. Ce role exige une personne soucieuse du detail, capable de gerer efficacement les priorites et de contribuer a la realisation reussie des projets de l'entreprise.
Responsabilites Principales:
Gerer l'agenda, la correspondance electronique et les rendez-vous du president.
Preparer et reviser les presentations, les rapports et les documents relatifs aux projets.
Aider a l'etablissement des couts des projets pour les clients et les initiatives internes.
Coordonner les echeanciers des projets et veiller a ce que les delais soient respectes, en travaillant en collaboration avec diverses equipes.
Maintenir des dossiers et des fichiers organises.
Faciliter la communication et la collaboration entre les departements.
Effectuer d'autres taches administratives et liees aux projets, selon les besoins.
Qualifications:
Experience averee en tant qu'adjoint(e) de direction ou coordonnateur(trice) de projets.
Solides competences en organisation et en gestion du temps.
Excellentes competences en communication, tant a l'ecrit qu'a l'oral.
