is a skilled administrative professional who provides a wide range of support services to the advisors at Lawrence & Co. The main responsibility of the Executive Assistant is to manage the client communication, commitments, documents, summary reports and coordinate meetings to ease the administrative workload of the team members while ensuring amazing service to our clients. The assistant will also provide backup support to other administrative staff.
Responsibilities:
Weekly liaison with advisors in regard to client meetings, education programs, prospects, scheduling, 'to do' lists, and current day/week priorities
Daily liason with administration team in regard to any stucks or issues, internal and/or external meetings or upcoming events, firm projects and various support needs
Assistance in editing presentations, documents, briefing notes, and correspondence
Booking meeting rooms, AV equipment, and organizing catering, assistance with setting up virtual events
Maintain an accurate filing system in OneDrive
Administer and summarize client surveys using SurveyMonkey
Administer personality profile assessments
Undertake research - always looking out for more efficient processes and cost-effective alternatives
Ensure that all new opportunities are followed up with on a weekly basis or until they are closed and update Monday.com with status and next steps
Manage contacts in the company database
Provide "The Velvet Glove" experience for our clients by going above and beyond in the services we provide as well as assist the administration team in providing thoughtful, meaningful gestures for client's milestones
