Location: Downtown Montreal (Hybrid - 2 days in office)
Salary: Up to $72K (based on experience)
Schedule: 35 hours per weekDo you have extensive experience providing high-level support to multiple senior executives?Are you adept at managing a wide range of tasks, including note-taking, writing, and text revision, with exceptional attention to detail?Do you possess a strong command of French grammar, ensuring clear and polished communication for senior leadership?Our client a renowned organization involved in recreation, tourism, and urban development, is actively seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support four Directors.What our client offers you:- 3 weeks of paid vacation
- 5 personal days

- Public transit pass allowanceAre you:- Minimum of 3 years of experience providing support to multiple senior-level executives, such as Directors, VPs, or CEOs or others.
- Experience in note-taking, writing, and text revision with a focus on accuracy and clarity
- College diploma in office administration or a related field (combination of education and relevant experience may be considered)
- Strong French grammar skills
- Excellent knowledge and skills with the Microsoft Suite OfficeLanguage Requirements: English
- Level of Proficiency Required: Intermediate
- Reasons for Language Requirement: Internal team collaboration
- Frequency of Use: RegularlyRole:- Prioritize tasks based on urgency and follow up as needed.
- Assist team members with administrative and operational tasks.
- Handle administrative duties such as writing and tracking correspondence, preparing reports, managing files, scheduling meetings, answering calls, and updating the manager's calendar.
- Organize team meetings, including preparing agendas, relevant documents, and writing minutes.
- Assist with organizing meetings, committees, or other events by sending invitations, gathering information, and preparing documents.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of information in organizational documents.
- Enter data to support the department's activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
- Contribute to tracking ongoing projects and make necessary reminders.
- Update files as directed by team members.
