Glow 2025 - Event Support Staff

Position Overview:
Join the Glow Lethbridge team as Event Support! This seasonal role is ideal for energetic and versatile individuals who want to help create a fun, safe, and festive experience for all guests. Staff will rotate across various positions including Greeter, Santa Visits, Kids' Corner, Draw Barrel, Coat Check, Train Driver, and Entertainment Support.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeter: Welcome guests and create a festive atmosphere. Santa Attendant: Assist Santa and Mrs. Claus, manage the line, and help with photos and treats. Kids' Corner Attendant: Oversee inflatables, crafts, and kid-friendly activities. Draw Barrel Attendant: Manage the draw barrel, assist guests with entries, and hand out prizes. Coat Check Attendant: Check in and organize guests' belongings, handle cash-outs. Train Driver / Support: Safely operate the festive train, load/unload passengers, and perform basic checks. Entertainment & Event Support: Assist performers, staff, and event operations as needed.
Qualifications:

Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with guests of all ages. Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to safety, detail, and customer service. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holiday season.
