About M Club

:

M Club is a members-only co-working space by day and an event/conference venue in

the evenings and on weekends. We pride ourselves on providing a professional,

welcoming environment for our members and clients alike.

Role Overview:



We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team

as Front Desk / Event Support.

This role combines reception, administrative, and event coordination responsibilities,

offering excellent opportunities to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Front Desk & Administration



Receive and distribute mail to the appropriate individuals in the building. Provide light reception and administrative support to members and visitors. Support our key member's daily operations, including greeting and guiding their clients and providing quick tours. Assist the Community Manager with event details, errands, and procurement. Send and receive occasional overseas packages. Process member meal payments. Distribute facility and event notices to members. Assist with member requests regarding maintenance, boardroom/meeting room bookings, and calendar coordination.

Event & Sales Support



Assist in creating and updating event packages, contracts, and forms. Help integrate new systems and administrative tools. Support the Community Manager with site tours, event floor plans, and event detail documents. Act as an on-site Venue Coordinator on the day of events, ensuring smooth execution.

Requirements:



College or university diploma/degree in Business, Event Management or Hospitality. Reliable transportation to Markham, ON. Valid driver's license. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Bonus to Have:



2-3 years of experience in administration, customer service, or event support. Smart Serve Certification. First Aid/CPR Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
