We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective business development strategies and account management. This role requires a strong focus on outside sales, negotiation, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients in B2C & B2B environment. Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention while identifying opportunities for upselling.
Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs.
Utilize CRM for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to enhance client experience.
Experience
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in Event or Wedding Sales or B2B environments. Hotel Event Sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Experience in business development and account management is essential.
Familiarity with CRM tools is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively.
