About Telico
Telico is a fast-growing telecom startup transforming how businesses communicate. We provide AI-powered VoIP phone systems that automate calls, voicemail, routing, and customer service -- helping small and medium-sized businesses save time, reduce costs, and elevate client experience.
We're looking for a proactive Sales Executive to help grow our client base and nurture relationships with existing customers across Ontario and Quebec. You'll meet clients both remotely and in-person, understand their communication needs, and show them how Telico's intelligent solutions can make their business more efficient.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Retention
Build strong, long-term relationships with SMB clients
Conduct regular check-ins (via Meet or in-person) to ensure satisfaction and uncover upsell opportunities
Identify client pain points and demonstrate AI features that solve them
Collaborate with support and product teams to continuously improve customer experience
New Business Development
Generate new leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
Schedule and host solution demos; manage quotes and close deals
Represent Telico at networking events and onsite client meetings (expenses covered)
Maintain an organized pipeline and track activity in Pipedrive CRM
Partner Relations
Onboard and support Telico resellers and partners in the GTA
Collaborate on co-marketing campaigns and joint business opportunities
Monitor partner performance and provide regular updates to leadership
Ideal Candidate
Based in the Greater Toronto Area and open to local travel
2+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development
Experience in Telecom, VoIP, SaaS, or IT services is a strong asset
Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Pipedrive, and Zoom/Meet
Confident, independent, and client-focused with strong communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
