Position Summary:
As a driving force within Hershey Canada's sales team, the CSE will lead initiatives to profitably grow the business. As a part of the Better-For-You Snacks team, you will manage a direct report and mentor the team to achieve the assigned objective/plan, including gross sales, net sales, market share, and profit contribution.
