Line Cook Responsibilities:
The primary purpose of the Line Cook is to prepare Smitty's specified food, following time goals and using safe food handling processes.
Stocking, cleaning, sanitizing the line and all cooking tools and spaces Ensuring food is handled safely and according to all public health standards Preparing our delicious menu items for our Guests according to Smitty's standards. Accommodating any and all dietary requests happily and taking all allergens seriously Maintaining our fast work pace to ensure quality Guest service * Open Availability
