Evening Line Cook - Coyotes Southwestern Grill

Coyotes Southwestern Grill is hiring

Line Cooks

to join our evening kitchen team. We're looking for skilled cooks who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in putting out great food. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

About the Role:

Shifts begin at 4:00pm and finish around 11:00pm (10:00pm close + cleanup). You'll be responsible for assisting with end-of-night duties, including cleaning and securing the kitchen. Applicants should have

1-2 years of experience

in a similar kitchen setting. More experience is always welcome.

What You'll Do:

Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to Coyotes' proven recipes and standards. Follow strict food safety and sanitation procedures throughout your shift. Keep your workstation clean and organized, and support the team with general kitchen duties. Communicate effectively with other cooks and front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth service.
