Our kitchen teams craft a wide variety of dishes for both our restaurant guests and in-room dining service. As a Senior Line Cook, you'll bring your passion for food to life by delivering high-quality meals with efficiency, creativity, and care--while providing leadership and support to the kitchen team when the Chef is not on duty.



Duties and Responsibilities:



Set up and stock your station in line with restaurant and BCP standards. Prepare food efficiently and safely, following approved recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines. Maintain high-quality, timely food production, including dishes for guests with dietary restrictions. Uphold food safety standards across all stages--storage, preparation, and cooking temperatures. Lead and support the kitchen team during service when the Chef is not on duty, including training and mentoring new cooks. Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and coordinated service. Keep the kitchen, storage areas, and walk-in coolers clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards. Work safely--obey all health and safety policies and procedures, and report injuries and hazards immediately. Additional duties may be assigned to help meet guest and business needs.

Skills and Experience:



Previous experience as a line cook is required; experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a strong asset. Solid understanding of food preparation, safety standards, and kitchen operations. Able to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistency and quality. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams. Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physically capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds repeatedly. Positive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead by example, work independently, and show initiative.
