Full time Estimator / Service Coordinator

for service.

This position plays a very important role in our Company as an Estimator/Service Coordinator. Communication is vital in the daily operations with the office staff and field technicians. Excellent organization skills will ensure that you can multi-task and be a detailed-oriented team player. Your leadership skills will ensure that the field work meets or exceeds client commitments, in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

- 5 years plus of experience to include HVAC and plumbing associated knowledge

- Provide and prepare quotations, project tenders and maintenance contracts

- Answer customer inquiries and respond to technicians regarding all quotes and projects

- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate information to all appropriate parties

- Manage warranty progress and follow up issues

- Assist General Manager in all service capacity

- Fleet Management

- Excellent written skills

- Back up to Service Department: co-ordinate, schedule, monitor and track technicians and resources to complete service requirements
