motivated, detail-oriented Estimator / Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

Prepare estimates, digital take-offs, and proposals Collaborate with project managers and clients to develop accurate pricing and cost control strategies. Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure comprehensive understanding of scope and requirements. Request, compare, and track material and subcontractor quotes Coordinate project schedules, procurement activities, and resource allocation to meet project deadlines. Communicate professionally with suppliers, clients, subcontractors, and internal team. Support construction site teams by providing technical guidance on estimating and project coordination tasks. Maintain organized documentation of bids, contracts, change orders, and project correspondence.

Requirements

knowledge of estimating software

(Square takeoff, Bluebeam) or the willingness and ability to learn quickly Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills Strong attention to detail and solid organizational habits Ability to multitask, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities Prior estimating or construction experience is helpful. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical specifications.
