What You'll Be Doing

Assisting with development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Preparing cost estimates, proposals, and material lists.

Coordinating project execution with field and office teams.

Communicating with clients, vendors, and teammates.

Tracking schedules, milestones, and costs.

Ensuring crews have what they need--the materials, information, and logistics

Leading by example, championing excellence, respect, integrity, quality, teamwork, and reliability.

Visiting sites, enjoying the views, and keeping the team spirit strong on your projects.

Modeling our safety culture, following all company and regulatory safety requirements.

Who You Are

A recent Civil Engineering Technology grad (or equivalent) or someone looking for their next growth opportunity

Safety-focused (training provided!)

Pay: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
