About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Estimator Coordinator

to join our growing construction team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring that all project bids are accurate, competitive, and submitted on time. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills, construction knowledge, and excellent communication to support successful project estimating and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects. Use software tools like

HeavyBid

and

Bluebeam

to generate accurate proposals. Collaborate with project managers and team members to gather all necessary information for pricing. Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing. Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues affecting costs. Keep organized records of estimates, revisions, and communications throughout the bidding process. Assist in developing project schedules and timelines as required. Participate in project meetings to provide updates on estimating progress and address any concerns.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience in construction estimating or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in estimating software such as

HeavyBid

and

Bluebeam

is highly desirable. Strong negotiation and communication skills with various stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Familiarity with project management principles is a plus. Background in construction or engineering is beneficial but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
