Summary:

The ERP Systems Analyst role is responsible for support Purolator teams in the areas of data integrity, system enhancements, test, configuration, training and documentation, and automation projects that reduce manual effort and drive maximum business value for all stakeholders. This position contributes to the overall trust in data and velocity of solution realization within our U.S. based ERP modules and related information systems. Areas of focus include business user support, issue resolution and escalation, application monitoring and testing, and participation in enhancements and complex projects.

Location: The majority of our IT and Continuous Improvement team is located in our Jericho NY headquarters. This is the ideal candidate location, however, we are open to various geographic locations within the US.

Shift: Full Time, Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday, 8:30 am \xe2\x80\x93 5:00 pm

The ideal candidate meets the following criteria:

• 3+ years of experience working with ERP or TMS
• 2+ years of experience working with MS SQL Studio and MS Access (high level understanding of data structure; ability to build queries for data analysis)

Job Functions:

• Gather requirements, estimate value, and drive prioritized issues and concepts from the backlog into the production environment
• Utilize helpdesk to resolve, collaborate and escalate incidents, problems, and requests
• Analyze data and business process to promote optimization opportunities
• Build and monitor EDI quality assurance dashboards and reports
• Perform basic statistical analyses for projects and initiatives
• Participate in the migration of an ERP system
• Reducing defects and EDI errors
• Create and maintain documentation and training materials

Preferred Education / Work Experience:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent work experience
• MS Access and Power BI experience is preferred
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a huge asset
• Some level of experience with EDI & web services is preferred
• Project Management based work experience

• Able to communicate (written & verbal) to and influence a variety of stakeholders
• Excellent knowledge of system best practices and software development concepts
• Awareness of application and network security best practices

To support state laws for California and Washington Residents, the base pay range for this role is $73, 680 min and $89,337. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on various factors such as job-related knowledge, and relevant skills and experience.
