Support and maintain finance and administration business applications.
Troubleshoot technical issues.
Conduct user training
Collaborate on system upgrades.
Create and manage documentation.
Identify process improvements.
Stay current on industry trends.
QualificationsBachelor\'s degree in business, Administration, Information Technology, or related field
Relevant professional designation (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA A+, etc.)
Strong experience in ERP applications or similar business systems
Proven track record in service management or customer support roles
Demonstrated understanding of business operations, information technology, and finance
Knowledge in the areas of retail operation and associated business systems
Familiarity with Change Management Principles
Experience in a post-secondary or public sector environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize and manage competing workflows effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work execution.

Employment DetailsSalary: $55.000 - $60.000 per annum
Benefits: 40 hours weekly, Permanent, Full-time, On-site
Schedule: 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday
