Erp Lead Generation Specialist (hunter Role)

We are a fast-growing ERP consulting firm helping SMBs transform operations with NetSuite and Odoo. We're looking for a driven Appointment Setter who thrives on sparking conversations with CEOs, CFOs, and IT leaders. Roles & Responsibilities



Prospecting & Research



Independently identify and research Small and Medium-Sized Businesses (SMBs) that are either currently using ERP systems (NetSuite, Odoo) or exploring new implementations. Build and maintain a target list of decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, COOs, IT Directors, and Business Owners). Use tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate and enrich lead lists.

Outreach & Engagement



Execute outbound campaigns through cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn messaging. Engage with decision-makers to spark interest and introduce ERP consulting services. Communicate value propositions clearly to encourage prospects to an introductory meeting.

Appointment Setting



Qualify leads based on need, interest, and fit. Book qualified meetings with prospects for the consulting team and leadership. Ensure smooth handoff of meeting details and background research to the consulting team.

Tracking & Reporting



Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and scheduled appointments in CRM (HubSpot preferred). Track daily, weekly, and monthly outreach performance against goals. Share feedback from prospects to help refine outreach strategies and messaging.

Collaboration



Work independently while coordinating closely with the consulting team. Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and prospect behavior. Actively contribute to improving prospecting processes and scripts.

Requirements - ERP Appointment Setting Specialist (Hunter Role)



Proven experience

in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or inside sales (ERP or SaaS background preferred). Strong

hunter mentality

- comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to engage decision-makers. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

with the ability to confidently speak to C-level executives (CEO, CFO, COO, IT Directors, Business Owners). Hands-on experience with

CRM and prospecting tools

(HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar). Ability to

work independently

, stay organized, and consistently hit outreach and appointment-setting goals. Knowledge of

ERP systems

(NetSuite, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is a strong plus. Background in

Accounting or Finance

while not absolutely required would be an added advantage.

French language skills

are a big plus (for engaging bilingual Canadian markets).
