Home Hardware has an exciting opportunity available for an Enterprise Projects and Capital Manager to join our Corporate Finance team. Reporting to the Director, Distribution FP&A, you will lead financial reporting and planning of EPP initiatives, providing insightful guidance on spend activity and accounting treatment, as well developing tools, and processes to drive Budgeting and Forecasting in coordination with the EPMO.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

• Develop and evolve measurement models and tools for EPP and Capital financial activity (spend and benefits).
• Lead EPP and Capital financial tracking and provide insights into program performance and future impacts.
• Coordinate and consolidate financial planning and forecasting for EPP and Capital spend, and work closely with EPMO and finance partners.
• Support accounting treatment of EPP and Capital activity and provide guidance to finance and business partners to ensure accuracy and consistency is maintained.
• Lead coordination of EPP finance leads in all EPP financial activities required.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the business, operations and processes and contribute to the implementation of business plans.
• Key Finance Representative on Corporate initiatives as required, acting as an active participant in working groups and working with cross-functional teams to ensure implementation is successful.

What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for:

• Bachelors\xe2\x80\x99 degree in Business, Finance or Accounting; with a CPA designation.
• A minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in leading the development of measurement models and tools for EPP and Capital financial activity.
• Experience in Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, QSR, Distribution or Hospitality industries preferred.
• Proven ability to interact and consult with key-senior decision makers.
• Strong data analytics skills with a proven ability to synthesize data from multiple sources, and autonomously build compelling business cases, complete and present financial analysis, and models to senior leaders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills. Solid confidence to lead by example, demonstrating high personal energy.
• Data-driven, ability to develop and implement business management tools, analyze and review numbers and trends, and recommend solutions to support senior leader decision-making.
• Consumer insights and analytics experience.
• Motivated individual with excellent organizational, interpersonal, consultative, and negotiating skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs.
• Ability to work additional or varied hours as required to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
