Compensation: $76,438- $95,548 per year

We\'re looking for a Enterprise Planning Analyst to support our Strategy and Transformation Department.

Reporting to Manager Enterprise Planning, The Enterprise Planning Analyst will be responsible to provide support and analysis of enterprise planning functions, including but not limited to, identification, intake, prioritization, resourcing, and planning of initiatives within the enterprise backlog.

The incumbent will be accountable to ensure that proposed strategic work has the appropriate level of detail and consideration, and that it follows the elaboration process ensuring that the effort/cost is justified by increase in value/benefits in alignment with our strategic direction.

More specifically, the scope of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Facilitation and scoping of ideation, ensuring standardization of submission and encouraging submissions to be outcome focused rather than solution based
• Aid in alignment to the various delivery areas
• Support and maintain standardized intake form
• Review submissions for relevance and completeness, ensuring that they are properly categorized as strategic work
• Manage supporting meta-data and providing reporting/summaries of various points in time
• Support/guide the assessment of solutions, value, and other key success factors for a given initiative as needed
• Assist in determination of what capacity is required based on the prioritized backlog and identification of which initiatives are approved
• Leverage project plans to determine/support the enterprise plan in alignment to our strategic outcomes

Requirements

To qualify, you will need at least the following:

• 1\xe2\x80\x93 3 years Project Management or Business Analyst experience

• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail and deadlines

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Awareness and experience with basic reporting and visualization software

• Ability to work independently as part of an integrated, diverse team and be comfortable in multiple, high varied settings and tight deadlines

• Ability to manage multiple and competing demands and establish priorities. History of success working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

Although not required, the following experience and education/certifications are valuable assets:

• Project Management/Business Analysis certification or equivalent an asset

• Prior knowledge with Organizational Strategy Execution and Change Management principles and practices.
