Engagement Specialist (Full Time) (Temporary 18 Months) We\xe2\x80\x99re a rapidly growing start up sports medicine clinic that helps patients to return to peak performance and rise to new levels. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for friendly, patient centric individuals to join our team in the new role of Engagement Specialist. RESPONSIBILITIES The Engagement Specialist elevates the patient health journey through providing effective communication strategies are in place to elevate the company\'s brand recognition internally and externally. learning initiatives for Group23 providers and medical office staff. The is responsible for ensuring. The Engagement Specialist is accountable for results that improve the financial position of the company within the Marketing and Communications business units. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, business administration, or related field. An acceptable combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Two or more years of related experience in a Marketing or Human Resources role.
• Proven track record of providing successful individual and team training sessions considered an asset.
• Related experience in a medical clinic or health care setting considered an asset
• Must be proficient with MS Office, with intermediate skills in Excel
• Understanding of medical terminology considered an asset
• Prior experience at a start-up, and/or high growth company considered an asset

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

• Ensures the development and maintenance of internal and external marketing strategies.
• Establish and continue to maintain internal engagement initiatives such as Town Hall meetings, newsletters, and the intranet.
• Creates strong synergies between all business units, promoting corporate culture through team building and collaborative management techniques.
• Directs, administers, and coordinates business unit activities in alignment with the vision, goals, and objectives of the company including:
  • Contractor management, including executing and terminating agreements, and holding vendors accountable to agreements and marketing strategies
  • Develops a sound plan of organization, regularly evaluating business unit performance, and adjusting plans and/or performance as needed
• Develop social media content to increase community engagement and brand awareness.
• Development and implementation of internal training & development opportunities.
• Identifies and recommends continuous improvement initiatives and risk mitigation strategies to achieve operational efficiencies and support quality performance.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending meetings, educational workshops, and establishing professional networks
