About this team:

The Product Engagement team at lululemon supports in building and executing events, activations, and communications across the Product organization to enable engagement. The communications pillar is responsible for delivering streamlined internal communications to keep all global partners informed on the product related initiatives, breaking down silos and encouraging connection. The team works cross-functionally across various business units and key stakeholders to produce engaging and informative videos, a bi-weekly newsletter and drive usage of our intranet.

The Product Engagement Specialist contributes to the Product Engagement event function by delivering logistical, administrative, and operational support to ensure event deliverables are met and executed succeffuly.

A day in the life:

You will manage and maintain up-to-date Events calendars.

You will be responsible for keeping up-to-date, organized records of vendor contracts, bookings and events related documentation.

You will coordinate & schedule meetings; and manage preparation of documents, room set-up, and logisitics pre & post meetings.

You will create PowerPoint deck presentations for Event initiatives and strategies.

You will keep track of incoming vendor invoices and submit payment in a timely matter.

You will support with the preparation, logistics, execution of large scale activations & events.

You will manage end-to-end small scale digital events.

You will provide administrative support to the Events Manager to ensure team deliverables are met.

You will work to ensure the flow of critical information and data associated with relevant projects is communicated across the team in a timely matter.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations or related field, preferred.

You have 2-4 years of experience in Events Management, PR or similar field.

You are highly proficient with MS Office and very comfortable with PowerPoint.

You are exceptionally organizated and have strong time management skills.

You have a a keen eye for detail.

You have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

You have experience with proof reading materials.

You are proactive and bring energy to whatever you do.

You are able quickly adapt to changing demands and prioritize your workload.

You are a team player who thrives in a highly collaborative environment
