As the Employee Experience & Office Coordinator, your primary duties will revolve around effectively managing the administration of our newly established corporate office in Vancouver, serving as an onboarding ambassador for new employees, and coordinating a variety of engaging events and activities. A key aspect of this role will be to improve the employee experience by creating a deeper sense of connection to the organization, making each day in the office more engaging!

Reporting to the Manager, Employee Experience & Change Management, you will have flexibility while working full-time, five days per week at our NEW 161 4th Avenue office. This role is perfect for your genuine interest in people, curiosity to learn and drive to accomplish tasks efficiently. You will have the opportunity to apply your extensive knowledge in administration to enhance the work environment for your colleagues. Furthermore, this role has the potential to evolve into an HR position in the future, aligning perfectly with your career aspirations.

The life of the Employee Experience and Office Coordinator includes:

  • Providing exceptional support and coordination for our daily people operations
  • Overseeing the administration of the new Vancouver corporate office
  • Onboarding & orientation for new employees including managing the onboarding guide as well as supporting managers through new hire set-up responsibilities
  • HR Administration/planning events for Corporate employees
For this role, come armed with:
  • Effective communication skills, including strong verbal and written skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Powerpoint, and Excel
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
Ideally, you have post-secondary education and an excellent understanding of current technology. For bonus points, you have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
