As the Employee Experience & Office Coordinator, your primary duties will revolve around effectively managing the administration of our newly established corporate office in Vancouver, serving as an onboarding ambassador for new employees, and coordinating a variety of engaging events and activities. A key aspect of this role will be to improve the employee experience by creating a deeper sense of connection to the organization, making each day in the office more engaging!
Reporting to the Manager, Employee Experience & Change Management, you will have flexibility while working full-time, five days per week at our NEW 161 4th Avenue office. This role is perfect for your genuine interest in people, curiosity to learn and drive to accomplish tasks efficiently. You will have the opportunity to apply your extensive knowledge in administration to enhance the work environment for your colleagues.
