We are currently looking for full-time Embroidery Machine Operators to join our growing Apparel Decoration team. The Apparel Decoration Team is responsible for the custom decoration of our sport-related apparel brands (ex. Under Armour, Adidas, etc.) using Screen Printing, Heat Press, Direct to Film, and Embroidery machines. Apparel Decoration is a new and fast-growing department under OneTEAM. This position is a great opportunity to join our team as we expand our operations.

The Embroidery Machine Operators will work onsite at our "Home Run Sports" location in Winnipeg (20 De la Seigneurie Blvd, Winnipeg, MB R3X 0E9). The primary responsibility includes setting up and running a embroidery machine and assisting with quality control on completed jobs. Previous experience with embroidery is critical.

Working Hours will be Monday to Friday, between 2:00pm - 10:00pm.

Master the embroidery and production process

Operate a manual or automatic embroidery machine

Set up and complete scheduled customer designs and orders from start to finish

Control hands on production of customer supplied designs on different equipment

Maintain machine production and quality

Count and sort product

Follow Health & Safety policy and procedures

Maintain cleanliness of equipment and workspace

Other apparel decoration or warehouse related tasks and duties

Experience working with manual or automatic embroidery machine required

Experience working with Tajima machines and Pulse software considered an asset

Attention to detail

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Ability to complete repetitive tasks with accuracy

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Effective communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Able to function as part of a team in a fast-paced work environment and able to work independently

Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within frequently changing priorities

Reliable and on time.
