Position Overview:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined

Machine Operator

to join our production team. You'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining embroidery and screen printing machinery to produce top-quality branded products. If you enjoy working with your hands and seeing creative projects come to life, we'd love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

Operate embroidery and screen printing machines to produce custom-branded merchandise. Set up machines based on job specifications (thread color, design placement, fabric type). Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy. Perform basic maintenance: clean, oil, and change needles or parts as needed. Maintain accurate production records and ensure timely job completion. Collaborate with team members to meet order deadlines and resolve production challenges.

Qualifications:

Previous experience operating embroidery or screen printing equipment preferred, but training can be provided. Keen attention to detail and strong visual coordination. Comfortable with basic computer input and digital design files. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. High school diploma or equivalent. Physically able to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed.
