ABADOO Promotion Group is growing! We are looking to hire an Embroidery Machine Operator for our Production Department. This job is for someone who takes pride in their work and is able to work in a fast paced environment and maintain quality of work. This is a physically demanding role and includes computer work with our embroidery programs. You will be fully trained regardless of your experience. This will be a full time position.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES INCLUDE:

Reading work orders and follow thru of instruction including confirmation of logo and thread colors as well as setting up the computer part of the embroidery machine correctly

Preparation for each job including cutting of stabilizer fabric and choosing and loading appropriate threads

Use of embroidery hoops to hold fabric in place during embroidery

Data entry for each job must be entered correctly into the embroidery machine

Complete orders in a timely and accurate manner

Perform quality and accuracy tests as needed

Repair minor mechanical problems such as broken or defective needles

Machine maintenance and cleaning of the embroidery machines on a regular basis

Thread trimming using very small scissors is also part of this role

Folding garments and repackaging is also required

QUALIFICATIONS:

Extraordinary attention to detail

Ability to maintain speed and efficiency and be fully committed to excellent customer service

Demonstrate a positive attitude and have a good work ethic

Must be an honest person who works with integrity

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi task when necessary

Must be proficient in the English language both written an verbal and have strong interpersonal and verbal skills

Ability to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35,360.00-$39,520.00 per year
