Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging curriculum tailored to the needs of elementary school students. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a productive learning atmosphere. Provide mentorship and support to students, promoting their academic and personal growth. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and special educational needs. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress. Assess student performance through various evaluation methods, including standardized testing. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance program offerings and share best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. State certification for teaching elementary education. Proven experience in curriculum development and classroom management. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience working with diverse student populations, including those with special needs. Familiarity with literacy education and mathematics instruction. Passion for mentoring young learners and fostering a supportive educational environment.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $26.99-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 5 per week

Work Location: Remote
